Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason — including simply changing your mind. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@a-plus-biology.co.uk and we will help. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel your renewal at any time — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund; use the process above if you would like one.

After 30 days we will still review requests case by case — for example duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical problems that stopped you using the Service. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to every purchase.
